It also shares a privacy wall with the neighboring condo. 🐾 Pets Your furry family members are welcome with prior approval and pet fee. Please notify host at booking. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. 🔒 Closets There is one locked owner’s cabinet that is not accessible to guests. Please note that the closet in the guest bedroom houses the water heater. 🎉 No parties or events 🚭 Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the condo or on the patios. 👥 Registered guests only Only the number of guests included on the reservation may stay overnight unless otherwise approved in advance.

Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the entire condo so you can relax and enjoy the space as your home away from home. Nearby park with playground is located within the Bison Ridge Community. Parking for the condo is available in the open lot directly adjacent to the building. There are no assigned parking spaces. Spaces do accommodate ORVs and trailers. For a smooth arrival, the home offers easy self check-in via Smart Lock and ground-floor entry.
